About Us

About the Africa Club at London Business School

The Africa Club is a student-run club at London Business School and is governed by the LBS Africa Club Advisory Board who provide support and oversight on the club’s ability to achieve its goals and objectives.

Our mission is to promote the engagement between both the school and the broader community. Our members are individuals who have either worked in Africa or have a cultural or professional interest in Africa.

We have successfully run the Africa Business Summit, our flagship event, for more than a decade. Our annual treks to the continent connect us to the most innovative and dynamic enterprises and individuals in the region. Our quarterly speaker series at London Business School provide the platform to discuss and debate important topics on business in Africa. Community events, such as Tattoo and our Taste of Africa dinner series allow us to showcase the vibrancy and depth of culture of the region.
